Bank holidays: The Horizon Kids Club does not operate on bank holidays including Easter Monday, Early May Bank Holiday, Spring Bank Holiday, Summer Bank Holiday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. In weeks containing a bank holiday, the club runs for four days only. Weekly pass prices are adjusted accordingly. Bookings are managed through our secure parent portal. New parents will need to register and add their child's details before booking.

Tax-Free Childcare & Vouchers Coming Soon

We are working towards accepting government Tax-Free Childcare and childcare voucher schemes soon. Once available, eligible families may be able to save up to 20% on childcare costs. Details will be added before bookings open.

Our daily rate of £50 may vary slightly by holiday period. The exact price will be shown clearly at the time of booking before any payment is taken. No surprises.

Horizon plus

Flexible hours for working parents

Need to drop off earlier or collect later? Horizon Plus extends your child’s day with a supervised session at both ends, giving you the flexibility you need without compromising on care.

Early Drop-Off

8:00am – 9:00am supervised session with crafts, film club and quiet activities. A calm, settled start before the main programme begins.

Late Collection

5:00pm – 6:00pm fully supervised extended session. Children wind down with quiet activities while waiting for collection, no rush, no stress.

Both Early + Late: Best Value

Book both early drop-off and late collection together for a fully flexible day from 8am to 6pm, giving you ten hours of safe, supervised childcare.

Horizon Plus must be booked in advance

Horizon Plus sessions cannot be added on the day. Please add early drop-off or late collection at the time of booking or contact us at least 48 hours in advance to arrange it.

Tax-Free Childcare & vouchers

Save up to 20% on your child's holiday club

We are working towards accepting government Tax-Free Childcare and most childcare voucher schemes soon. Once available, eligible working parents may be able to save up to 20% on childcare costs, with the government adding £2 for every £8 paid into a Tax-Free Childcare account.

Details will be added before bookings open. If you plan to use childcare vouchers, please contact us before booking so we can confirm the latest options available.

Optional add-ons

Extra activities for even more adventure

Add selected off-site activities to your child’s programme at the time of booking, for an additional £5 per activity. From DJ’s Jungle and horse riding to steam railway trips and boat trips, each experience adds something extra to their holiday, all safely organised and supervised.

Late collection charges

For the safety of all children, we must be able to account for every child at the end of the day. Standard collection is by 5:00pm. If you need collection between 5:00pm and 6:00pm. If Horizon Plus has not been booked and your child is collected late, the charges below will apply.
